INITIATING A RETURN
If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:
1. Inform Customer Service:
- Contact our customer service at info@slowise.lv within 14 days from the day following the delivery.
2. Approval and Instructions:
- If your return request is approved, our customer service will provide detailed return instructions via email.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
For a successful return or exchange, please ensure:
- Products have not been washed or used, except for reasonable wear and tear during examination.
- Products are returned in the original packaging.
REFUND PROCESS
1. Upon receiving your returned items, you'll receive a confirmation email.
2. Your refund will be processed within 28 days from the date of receiving the package.
REFUND REJECTION
We reserve the right to reject a return or refund if:
- Products are not in acceptable return condition or have inadequate packaging.
- The care required to return the products in good condition is not exercised.
